GMHC’s mission is to provide primary health care and dental services to residents and identify health care resources to best meet the needs of the community.

This includes:

• Helping patients identify and receive early detection and prevention services.
  

• Patient education on living healthier lives regardless
  of illness.
  

• A pro-active approach in patient's health and
