Community Health Worker Needed at Our Potosi Location
Summary/Objective:
The Family Treatment Court Community Health Worker (FTC CHW) serves as the liaison between Family Treatment Court and GMHC patients participating in Family Treatment Court services of St. Francois and Washington Counties. The FTC CHW helps to support the prevention of relapse for patients processing substance use disorders and/or receiving Medication Assisted Treatment for substance abuse.
